15 minute phone consultation: FREE of charge

Studies have shown the importance of therapist client match, which is why it is of our utmost importance that you and Dr. Kim are a good match based on personality and style. To determine goodness-of-fit, Clear Path Psychological Services provide free 15 minute consultation before an intake session is scheduled. You do not necessarily need to schedule this free consultation before scheduling an intake. It is completely optional and is there to help you determine the match without the financial burden.

Intake: $250

Intake is an initial appointment, which can last 60-90 min. Dr. Kim will obtain basic information from you such as, reason for your visit, psychiatric treatment history, and family background. The focus is on the problem that has brought you into seeking psychiatric help and goals that you wish to establish through therapy or psychological/neuropsychological testing.

Individual therapy sessions (50 minutes): $220

Couple/marital counseling: $300

Psychological/neuropsychological testing: $3500 and up

Psychological/neuropsychological testing fee is determined based on the type of assessment that is required to answer the referral question. Clear Path Psychological Services only uses research based assessment tools. Dr. Kim is a strong believer in utilizing scientifically valid and reliable assessments. A good-faith estimate can be provided after the initial appointment.
